Delivery

Dispatch times may vary depending on product and complexity, but are usually within 5-8 working days.
All orders are sent under plain cover / white label packaging.
Orders are sent via overnight carrier and must be signed for (Usually Parcelforce).
If you have an urgent and/or specific deadline please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If it’s not possible we will always tell you.
If you need to discuss a deadline please contact us and we will look at the feasiblity of achieving it for you.

All printing is done lithographically, in house, to a high professional standard.
All jobs are printed on SRA3 (450 x 320) sheets then guillotined as required.

Order processing is controlled by our computerised workflow system. You will automatically receive email and optional text notifications as your order goes through production. Obviously your customer doesn't receive any communication from us.

We exclusively use high quality guaranteed paper and materials for all our products. Always sourced from responsible UK/European suppliers.
On the rare occasion that we mess something up, it's almost always spotted and corrected/reprinted before it passes our quality control. We pride ourselves on virtually never sending sub-standard work out to you or your customers.

Our modern equipment is specifically designed not to generate waste chemicals and only uses minimal consumables.
The wood pulp for all our paper is grown as a sustainable crop and does not cause deforestation
All product packaging (apart from tape and strapping) is paper based and so avoids single use plastics.
We have extensive recycling procedures to manage all waste.

We only collect business information for the purpose of doing our job. We never otherwise share your data and you will not be tracked. This site doesn't use third party or persistent cookies.
